New Benefit Administration Company Enters Market
February 20, 2006

3PAdministrators will begin business operations in the La Crosse area on March 1, 2006. The company is a service provider, offering third party administrator services to companies choosing to “self-fund” their employee benefit plans. Said Nancy Fee, Vice President, “Our administrative services are designed with flexibility to meet the needs of each group while relieving employers of many of the burdens associated with plan sponsorship. Our primary objective is to provide clients and their employees with personalized customer service and a thorough knowledge of benefit administration issues.”

3PA will be marketing services in partnership with brokers and agencies, locally and throughout the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Services provided include Comprehensive Benefits Management, Claims Administration for Medical, and Dental, Vision and Section 125 Plans, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Health Savings Account Plans, Prescription Drug Program Management, COBRA and HIPAA Administration, Cost Management Programs and Regulatory Compliance Assistance.

The company’s Principals, Nancy Fee and Patti Ring, bring an established history of professional business practices and many years of experience to this new venture.

Nancy began her career in third party administration in 1994.  During that time, she has had ongoing training on the software utilized for benefit administration, which led to her involvement in the Eldorado Computing User Group.  Nancy has served on the Executive Board of that group since 2003.  Nancy’s extensive product knowledge and commitment to personal customer service are well known throughout the industry.

Patti brings to the company 25 years of sales/marketing and business leadership experience, with an emphasis in the business- to- business market. She is committed to forming long- term relationships with clients as well as cohesive partnerships with brokers and agents.
