About Us

3PAdministrators is a third party administrator (TPA) of “self-funded” health plans and a provider of regulatory compliance services for both fully-insured and self-funded plans. Our company was established as a full-service, independent, third party administrator available to brokers and their clients throughout the Midwest. We are not associated with any agency, insurance company or provider, our core business is health care administration.

Our focus on administrative services allows us to become experts at controlling the cost of an employers health care benefit plan while still providing personalized customer service to the plan participants. Our independence allows us to be creative and flexible in meeting the needs of the agents and employers we serve. 3PAdministrators has access to multiple reinsurance carriers for competitive stop loss coverage costs. Our quoting process will provide several options to allow for choices that best fit the employer’s needs.

We have invested in the most advanced technology available and our systems are specific to the administration of health care plans. Our customer service/ claims analysts are all located in Wisconsin, not outsourced overseas. We provide monthly and quarterly reports to agents and their clients as well as web access to data that will allow agents and employers to create reports real-time.

Consumer Driven” health care programs are on the rise and 3PAdministrators is prepared to assist you in successfully developing and introducing these programs to plan participants. The single most important feature of any consumer driven plan is education. We will help you launch your plan and educate your employees on its benefits. Our systems are set-up to seamlessly administer HSA(Health Savings Account) and HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) plans alongside your traditional medical plan.

There are an estimated 1000 legislative and regulatory changes imposed by the government each year. The knowledgeable staff at 3PA can relieve employers of the burden these rule changes create by providing administrative services that assure regulatory compliance including COBRA and HIPAA administration. We will monitor governmental changes in and assure your plan is compliant. In the end we know that problems are solved when people communicate. With all the technology available to our customers, we know that when a phone call is made the person calling has exhausted all other possible resources and needs to speak with someone who is knowledgeable, experienced and available to help problem solve.
